William A. Gibson

President and Chief Technical Officer

With extensive experience in the high technology industry, Gibson founded Niwot Networks, Inc. in 1988 to provide high speed communication boards and drivers for PC-based routers. Over a 30 year span, Gibson has engineered computer products and developed new technologies for Amdahl, Siemens, McData and GE, as well as Niwot.

Gibson holds 4 U. S. patents including Patent Number 6,445,717 for RELIA™ Technology.

Gibson holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering  from Stanford University.

   Ed Goulet

Software Engineering

With over 20 years experience in the software industry, Goulet has designed and written code for major computer users. He has been integral in the design and development of web-based resource scheduling products for Chevron, General Motors, IBM and KPMG, as well as Niwot’s Gigabyte Express, encryption, and You’ve Got Files!

 

   Chris Stearns

Software Engineering

Chris Stearns came to Niwot after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wyoming. Patent 6,445,717 is Chris's first patent. He has been integral in the design and development of compressor code and Gigabyte Express as well as RELIA™ Technology.
